What is Realtiq?

Realtiq (realtiq.io) is a WhatsApp-based artificial intelligence (AI) assistant and CRM platform for real-estate offices. It was founded in İzmir and serves real-estate offices in Türkiye. It greets every customer who writes to the office's WhatsApp number within seconds, clarifies their needs across four criteria (transaction type, area, rooms, budget), finds listings in the portfolio that match by meaning and hands the viewing to the right agent. Conversations, leads, appointments and the portfolio are all visible in a single dashboard.

Why it exists

In Türkiye, a home buyer's first contact overwhelmingly happens on WhatsApp, and a large share of those messages arrive in the evening, at the weekend or on holidays, when agents are not available. Every unanswered message is a customer walking to another office. Realtiq exists so that those first minutes are never missed and agents spend their time on customers who are ready. How we work

• One channel: WhatsApp only. The buyer is already there; we are not chasing website chat or SMS.
• One data source: Your portfolio stays in your own Google Sheets spreadsheet; the system reads it every 30 minutes and you never enter listings anywhere else.
• Official geography: The assistant knows 81 provinces, 973 districts and more than 73,000 neighbourhoods; when a customer says “nearby” it suggests genuinely adjacent neighbourhoods.
• Your data is yours: Customer data is not shared with other offices, not sent to ad networks and not used for model training. Details on the Security & data page.
• Honest limits: When there is no exact match, the assistant says so; blocked messages are not lost but kept in an auditable Error Log.
