KVKK Disclosure Notice

About this notice: KVKK (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data) is Turkey’s data-protection law, comparable in spirit to the EU’s GDPR. Realtiq operates in Türkiye, so this disclosure follows the KVKK framework; the rights described below broadly correspond to those you may know from the GDPR.

Data controller

What data is processed?

• Identity data: first and last name
• Contact data: email, optional phone number
• Professional data: office name, portfolio size
• Your requests: any free text you write in the note field

Purposes of processing

This data is processed to communicate with you, provide information about our product, run the early-access program, and meet our legal obligations.

Legal basis

Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 (c) (establishment or performance of a contract) and 5/2 (f) (legitimate interest). Marketing communication requires your explicit consent.

Data transfers

Within the technical requirements of the service, your data is shared with our service providers. The providers we currently work with are listed below; this list may change over time and the current version is always published on this page.

• Google — email delivery and reading the portfolio sheet you connect.
• Meta — messaging over WhatsApp and, subject to your explicit consent, ad measurement.
• An artificial intelligence provider — processing message content so the assistant can generate replies.

As some of these providers are established outside Türkiye, such sharing may constitute a transfer abroad under KVKK Article 9. Transfers are made only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and in line with the conditions set out in Article 9 — an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, or one of the exceptional cases listed in the law. Your data is never sold to third parties under any circumstances.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is being processed
• Request information about the processing, if any
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with it
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data
• Object to the processing

You can exercise these rights by sending a written request to realtiq@realtiq.io. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
