What the service is

Realtiq is an artificial intelligence assistant that works over WhatsApp for real-estate offices, together with an accompanying management panel. The service greets messages arriving at the office’s WhatsApp number, clarifies what the buyer needs, matches them against listings in the office’s own portfolio sheet, and helps schedule viewings. These terms govern the relationship between you and Realtiq from the moment you submit a setup request.

Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Send unsolicited or bulk messages to people who never wrote to you, or broadcast to purchased or scraped contact lists.
• Upload portfolio data belonging to third parties without authorisation.
• Enter misleading listing or price information, or present a property as available when it is not.
• Reverse-engineer the service, attempt to bypass its security measures, or build automation intended to exceed reasonable usage limits.
• Act in breach of applicable law, third-party rights, or the terms of the platforms the service relies on (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta, Google).

Suspension and termination

If these rules are breached, we may suspend the relevant WhatsApp channel without prior notice in order to protect the service and its other users. The same applies where a platform the service relies on imposes a restriction, or where we are legally required to act. Suspension does not mean permanent deletion of data; the channel can be restored once the issue is resolved.

You may stop using the service at any time: remove the WhatsApp session from Linked Devices on your phone and revoke sharing on your portfolio sheet. You can request deletion of your data by writing to realtiq@realtiq.io.

Third-party dependencies

The service relies on third-party platforms for messaging and data services. Those platforms’ rules, technical conditions and availability are outside our control. As a result:

• Your WhatsApp session may end on its own, in which case it must be reconnected.
• Depending on the connection method used, your number may be restricted by the platform, temporarily or permanently. This risk arises in particular from unsolicited or bulk messaging. We are not responsible for the consequences of such a restriction.
• Portfolio syncing depends on the access you grant to the sheet you connect; syncing stops when you revoke it.

Responsibility for content

The accuracy of the listing data in your portfolio sheet (price, location, attributes, status) is your responsibility. The system processes and relays that information; it does not independently verify it. Deactivating listings that are no longer current is likewise up to you.

Service level and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation is given; temporary pauses may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages or dropped connections. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data.

Changes and effect

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with the date shown above. We will inform you of any material change. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As the venue for any dispute between the parties, the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir are designated for customers holding merchant (tacir) status. For customers without merchant status, the general rules of jurisdiction under the law apply.
