What we collect

We collect the information you share with us through the early-access and contact forms on our website (name, office name, email, optional phone, portfolio size, note). We record how you reached the form (e.g. UTM tag, referring site) to measure which campaign is working. For on-site navigation we use a cookieless, anonymous analytics tool (Umami). For security and abuse prevention, Live Demo and form requests also process your IP address and approximate location.

How we use it

The contact details you share through the form are used solely to get back to you, communicate about the early-access program, and introduce our product. Under no circumstances are these details sold, rented, or transferred to ad networks or third-party marketers.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as our relationship continues or for the period during which you have requested commercial communication from us. When you request deletion, we remove them from all our records within 30 days at the latest.

Cookies and ad measurement

To measure the performance of our ad campaigns we use cookie-based measurement tools from third-party providers such as Meta. These cookies run only after you give explicit consent: if you choose “Decline” in the cookie notice shown on your first visit, no advertising cookie is set and no data is shared. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. The cookieless Umami analytics continues to run anonymously, independent of this consent.

Third-party tools

We use Google Workspace for email delivery and, subject to your consent, Meta Platforms infrastructure for ad measurement. These providers’ privacy policies are governed by their own terms.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. For requests, reach us at iletisim@realtiq.io.

Changes

When we update this notice, the date at the top of the page changes. For significant changes we also notify existing users by email.
