Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the information you share with us through the early-access and contact forms on our website (name, office name, email, optional phone, portfolio size, note). We record how you reached the form (e.g. UTM tag, referring site) to measure which campaign is working. For on-site navigation we use a cookieless, anonymous analytics tool. For security and abuse prevention, Live Demo and form requests also process your IP address and approximate location.

How we use it

The contact details you share through the form are used solely to get back to you, communicate about the early-access program, and introduce our product. Under no circumstances are these details sold, rented, or transferred to ad networks or third-party marketers.

Data processed during setup

When you submit a setup request we collect your company/office name, contact name, WhatsApp number, email and city. To prevent abuse of the request form, the IP address and browser information of the request are recorded as well.

Your portfolio sheet. We access the sheet you connect during setup with read-only permission; we cannot write to it, and we read only the page you shared with us. The listing data we read is stored in our system so the right property can be offered to your buyers. You can revoke access at any time from the sheet’s sharing settings, and syncing stops the moment you do.

The WhatsApp connection. When you connect your number, a session is established through WhatsApp’s linked device feature — the same kind of connection as opening WhatsApp Web on a computer. It lets the assistant answer messages arriving at that business number only. You can end it from your phone at any time: WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → remove the session.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as our relationship continues or for the period during which you have requested commercial communication from us. When you request deletion, we resolve your request within 30 days at the latest and remove your data from our live systems. Copies remaining in backups are deleted once the backup cycle completes; during that period backups are kept solely for disaster recovery and used for no other purpose.

Cookies and ad measurement

To measure the performance of our ad campaigns we use cookie-based measurement tools from third-party providers such as Meta. These cookies run only after you give explicit consent: if you choose “Decline” in the cookie notice shown on your first visit, no advertising cookie is set and no data is shared. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. The cookieless anonymous analytics continues to run, independent of this consent.

Third-party tools

We rely on third-party service providers to deliver the service. The providers we currently work with are listed below; this list may change over time and the current version is always published on this page.

• Google — email delivery and reading the portfolio sheet you connect.
• Meta — messaging over WhatsApp and, subject to your explicit consent, ad measurement.
• An artificial intelligence provider — processing message content so the assistant can generate replies.

Transfer to the artificial intelligence provider also applies to messages you type into the Live Demo on this site.

Some of these providers are established outside Türkiye, so processing may involve a transfer abroad. See the “Data transfers” section of our KVKK notice for detail. These providers’ own privacy policies are governed by their own terms.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. For requests, reach us at realtiq@realtiq.io.

Changes

When we update this notice, the date at the top of the page changes. For significant changes we also notify existing users by email.
